The Division of Rehabilitation Medicine in the Department of Orthopedics at Denver Health is recruiting for a full-time Rehabilitation Physician to join our team in sunny Denver, Colorado. The successful candidate will have completed a PM&R residency and be BC/BE in PM&R. Our multidisciplinary team consists of physicians, nurses, therapists, and specialist focused on rehabilitation of stroke, traumatic injury, or disabled patents. Clinical responsibilities will involve shared duties with two other partners to provide general inpatient services (8-bed acute rehabilitation unit and acute rehab consult services) along with general and electrodiagnostic outpatient clinics. Physician will also perform EMGs and treat routine outpatients with musculoskeletal issues like lower back and/or neck pain and myofascial pain. Denver Health is an affiliate hospital of the University of Colorado School of Medicine and Health Sciences and acts as a primary training site for residents in PM&R, medical students and allied health care professionals.
