Job Details

Outstanding opportunity for a Physician to take over an established and growing Geriatric practice located in East Central, Ohio. This position is supported by the local Hospital System and 7 SNF/LTC organizations. The practice is expected to grow in the next 5 years and will look to add additional providers. This is an opportunity to take the lead role in the development and structure of the program.  

Practice Details:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
  • Take over an established patient panel
  • Option to see patients in 7 SNF and LTC Facilities
  • Nurse Practitioner Support
  • Seasoned RN staff at Facilities
  • Geriatric Medicine focus in SNF & LTC
  • BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Compensation Benefits:
  • Sign-On Bonus

  • CME Allowance
  • Ability to sponsor J-1 and H-1 visas
