Christiana Care Health System, one of the nation’s largest healthcare providers and ranked No. 3 in the Philadelphia region by U.S. News & World Report, is recruiting for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians to join its progressive academic Hospitalist program in our acute care hospitals in Newark and Wilmington, DE. Christiana Care is a Level-1 Trauma Center with over 1,100 beds and is ranked 22^ndt in the nation for hospital admissions.

Christiana Care Hospitalist Partners is a forward-thinking Hospitalist practice that emphasizes continuity of care, patient satisfaction, and quality. Our Hospitalists provide the highest quality of patient care in directing, treating, and coordinating all aspects of the patient’s hospitalization. To support the program’s goals, the schedule is progressive and our Hospitalists have a manageable patient load. Our Hospitalists are very active within the health system - participating in committees, research, teaching, and in leadership roles that support the improvement of patient care and Hospital Medicine.

Qualified candidates must possess excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills, work collaboratively, and enjoy teaching. Hospitalists are encouraged to be thought leaders through participation in team initiatives and projects.
