TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Physician to join our Emergency Department team at Putnam Community Medical Center in Palatka, Florida. We ask that you be ABEM or AOBEM certified, or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with EM experience. Approximately 41,000 annual patient visits are at Putnam Community Medical Center. This 99-bed acute-care facility has a 18-bed ED, with 36 hours of daily Physician coverage, and 24 hours Advanced Practice Clinician daily coverage. With this opportunity we offer a medical scribes program. Putnam Community Medical Center also offers a 10-bed Intensive and Critical Care Unit, Step-Down Care Unit, Cardiac Cath Lab, medical ,and surgical units, family birthplace center, and more. This is an independent contractor status position with sign-on bonus and relocation bonus available.
