House Calls Physician Opportunity

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is a locally owned, not-for-profit organization based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Our integrated healthcare system includes eight hospitals in seven New Mexico communities, a medical group, multispecialty clinics, and a health plan. The Presbyterian Medical Group employs more than 700 primary care and specialty providers. We have been proudly providing care to New Mexicans since 1908.

We are currently seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained physician to join our House Calls team. This is a full-time position with our employed provider group, Presbyterian Medical Group. The House Calls team provides the primary and urgent care services to patients when it is difficult for them to leave their home. Hospital at Home was designed to provide hospital level care at home to reduce readmission to the hospital.

Qualifications:

• Desire and commitment to serve patients within their homes.
• Ideal position for a physician that is interested in utilizing their skills outside of a clinic.
• Be willing to see a minimum of five patients per day.
• Physician would be required to drive throughout Albuquerque and surrounding areas.
• Monday – Friday schedule with a requirement to have flexibility in hours.
