GERIATRIC LEADERSHIP POSITION VICE PRESIDENT, REGIONAL MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Erickson Living®, one of the nation’s largest developers and managers of continuing care retirement communities, is seeking a passionate, experienced physician to help lead our thriving medical practice, Erickson Health Medical Group (EHMG), headquartered in west Baltimore County, Maryland.

The Vice President will provide clinical and operational leadership for a region of medical centers, while also maintaining a small practice. The role has significant career growth opportunities, including potential succession to the Chief Medical Officer.

Candidates must be board-certified in internal medicine or family practice and have a demonstrated record of excellence in providing geriatric care and leading high performance teams to superior outcomes. Experience with managed care and value-based models is desirable. Other degrees and certification, such as CAQ geriatrics will be considered.
