Our prestigious eye center enjoys a stellar reputation, loyal referral base, captive audience of appreciative patients and very solid financial performance. We are planning ahead for the anticipated retirement of our founders and need to bring on the first successor. This is a comprehensive ophthalmology practice with considerable plastics, glaucoma and medical retina.
* Team of 25 overall staff includes two (2) MD Ophthalmologists (partners), 1 Optometrist, 6 Techs and a Scribe
* Enviable office layout with minor surgery suite, OCT room, optical lab and the finest equipment
* Scheduling and staffing is optimized for our physician partners' quality of life and income
Competitive salary with productivity bonus, signing bonus and complete benefits & relocation package. Structured as an associate employee for 1 - 2 years and then offer the opportunity to earn-in / buy-in as an equity partner.
