Tenure-track Research Faculty/Physician Scientist Position in Hepatology

The University of Massachusetts Medical School welcomes applications for an open rank tenure-track position to expand ongoing research in acute and chronic liver diseases. Research interest in the molecular and cellular mechanisms of liver injury, metabolism, regeneration, fibrosis, or cancer is desirable. Minimum requirements are MD and/or PhD degree, track record of independent funding and outstanding research potential. Physician scientists are strongly encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will receive a competitive recruitment package and join the collaborative state-of-the-art research environment at UMMS with resources of the UMMS Research Core Facilities, RNAi Institute, Gene Therapy Center and the UMMS CCTS.
