A New York medical center is in need of a locum tenens hospitalist to assist with their growing program while they recruit a permanent provider. The schedule is 7am to 7pm, and the covering physician will see an average of 18 patients per day. The facility uses QuadraMed EMR for charting. The ideal physician is board certified in IM. For this assignment, you need to have an active NY state license. The scope of this position includes running codes and ICU rounding.
