The Medical Director is a physician responsible for assuring the overall clinical quality of the walk-in program. The Medial Director oversees the Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants on issues relating to clinical protocols and clinical operations. The Walk-In Care Physician Medical Director is an important physician leader who works collaboratively with the Operations Managers for walk-in care, to assure the efficient and effective care delivery at all Walk-In Care sites within Guthrie. The alignment of all sites of care delivery under this Medical Director will lead to a consistent Walk-In Care scope of care, improvement of quality of care measures.
