The Department of Neurological Surgery at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and UMass Memorial Medical Center is actively recruiting a full-time clinical academic neurosurgeon with fellowship training and/or experience in cerebrovascular neurological surgery. Experience in open cerebrovascular surgery and endovascular surgery is desired. This position requires a commitment to excellence in patient care, teaching, and research. Clinical or translational research interests are encouraged and aggressively supported. The academic rank will be commensurate with expertise and training. Applicants must be board certified or board eligible in neurological surgery.

With more than 1,100 physicians, the UMass Memorial Medical Group is one of the largest integrated multispecialty group medical practices on the entire East Coast. Our physicians provide primary care and specialty services for both routine and complex health needs, and practice at locations in Worcester and throughout Central Massachusetts. Physicians are also actively involved in teaching and in cutting edge research.
