The Advanced Heart Failure fellowship is a one-year program that provides advanced heart failure and mechanical circulatory support (LVADs) training. Training also includes management of critically ill heart failure patients, evaluation for transplant and LVAD, post-operative and chronic management of LVADs, advanced hemodynamic assessment, and outpatient heart failure disease management. Research is encouraged, with opportunities for publication(s) in peer-reviewed journals. Interested applicants must have completed an internal medicine residency.
