The Department of Surgery, University of California, San Francisco, has an immediate need for a full-time, academic, Board-Certified surgeon with interest and training in trauma and critical care and a proven track record of clinical or basic science research. An academic interest in trauma, resuscitation, outcomes, or prevention is necessary. The position will be based at the San Francisco General Hospital. The candidate should also have recognized skills in the education of Medical Students, Residents, and Fellows. The position will be at the Assistant or Associate Professor level.
