Pediatric General Surgery Opportunity in Pennsylvania - WBY# JOB-2419316

A Pennsylvania facility has a rewarding pediatric general surgeon opportunity. The call schedule will be from Friday at 7 a.m. to Monday at 7 a.m., one weekend per month plus one to two weeks of vacation coverage in the summer. Locums will be doing bread and butter pediatric surgery, appendix, testicular torsion, ovarian torsion, and abscess are the most common surgical emergencies. Rarely will there be anything operative in the middle of the night. Follow up care will also be seen for any patients over the weekends. There are APPs and surgical residents on staff.
