Docty - Innovative Primary Care

At Docty, we are reinventing primary care to put patients first and address the high cost of healthcare. Our practice uses an innovative new model combined with cutting edge technology to deliver a solution that works for patients, employers, and key healthcare stakeholders. Docty is an early stage startup founded by physicians and healthcare executives with experience in healthcare and technology.

We are looking for a motivated physician to help lead the patient care team. Our ideal physician leader is passionate about improving the patient experience and delivering innovative solutions that deliver more cost-effective care. Our model relies on flexibility in seeing patients in different locations that are designed for the optimal delivery of care. Our model includes concierge care, traditional fee for service care, and partnerships with employers. Our physicians should be excited to deliver high quality primary care in all of these situations and settings. 

What you'll do:

• Provide high quality comprehensive primary care that prioritizes the patient experience, population health, and cost-effective care
• Be deeply involved in developing our model and technology as we grow
• Develop internal workflows to optimize patient care
• Supervise other medical staff including mid-level practitioners and nursing staff
• Provide high-touch care for all patients including patients who opt for a concierge model 
• Deliver care in multiple locations for patients including in our beautifully designed on-demand clinics that bring care to patients
• Develop new technology with our engineering teams to push our model forward and improve the lives of our patients 
• Coordinate with the multi-disciplinary care team including nursing, psychiatry, nutrition, physical therapy, and personal trainers
• Collaborate with our team of physician leaders, advisors, engineers, and operations expert  to improve care for patients

Who we're looking for:

Physician is required to be a board certified/eligible in internal medicine or family medicine with around 1-8 years of professional/clinical experience in primary care. Will also considering highly qualified and motivated new graduates.
