TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Physician to a join our talented Emergency Department team at Beaumont Trenton in Trenton, Michigan. Elevate your job satisfaction and enjoy financial rewards. We ask that you be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, with current and active ACLS and ATLS certifications required. The Emergency Department at Trenton experiences 38,000 patient visits per year, is a designated Level II Trauma Center, and hosts an Emergency Medicine residency program. All main specialties are available with PEDS and burns transferred. Physician shifts are 12 hours, with three scheduled daily along with 12 hours per day of Advanced Physician Clinician coverage. Enjoy free CME and EPIC charting with this position. Physicians appreciate receiving their schedules 2 months in advance with work-life balance considered.

Trenton is in Wayne County in the southeast portion of Michigan, and at the 2010 census the city population was 18,853. The city is part of Downriver, a collection of mostly blue-collar communities south of Detroit on the west bank of the Detroit River. Many residents are employed in the city's factories such as the Chrysler Trenton Engine Plant, Solutia, and the Trenton Channel Power Plant.
