The Respiratory Institute at the Cleveland Clinic is recruiting a BC/BE Pulmonologist with experience in the care of adults with cystic fibrosis. This individual would join the multidisciplinary Adult Cystic Fibrosis Program at Akron Children's Hospital Lewis H. Walker, MD Cystic Fibrosis Center. The Center is accredited by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, is a Cystic Fibrosis Therapeutic Development Network Research Center and participates in clinical trials. The Center provides care to over 100 adults with CF. Approximately 75% of the individual's time would be devoted to CF-related activities and 25% to general pulmonary and critical care activities at the neighboring Akron General Hospital. Pursuit of clinical research and collaboration with physicians from the Adult CF Program at Cleveland Clinic's main campus are encouraged. Depending upon the experience of the individual, there will be the opportunity to assume the Directorship of the Akron Adult CF Program upon appointment or sometime thereafter.

A faculty appointment commensurate with experience is available at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University.
