A South Dakota-based hospital is currently seeking an orthopedic surgery physician to assist with locum tenens coverage. The assignment schedule is 24-hour call coverage with an expected low call volume. The covering physician must be board certified. The assignment requirements include total hip and knee procedures. You will need to have an active SD state license for this position. There will be enough time to obtain a SD state license before this assignment begins--any interested physician can apply.
