The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Duke University is seeking an outstanding individual to serve as Chief of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. The Division has a long tradition of high quality clinical care for women with infertility and endocrine disorders, outstanding research and nationally recognized education programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for growth of the IVF program, overseeing the research and educational programs for the division, and in collaboration with the Duke Cancer Institute, developing a world-class onco-fertility program. The Division's ABOG approved REI fellowship program is fully accredited and fellows have the opportunity to participate and collaborate in innovative basic science and clinical research. The Division of Reproductive Endocrinology provides clinical best practices to a diverse patient population, including a full complement of reproductive services as listed on our website https://dukefertilitycenter.org/
The clinical facility boasts a state-of-the-art IVF laboratory under the leadership of an experienced PhD laboratory director. The laboratory is unique with engineered controls for maintenance of air quality. All aspects of advanced infertility care are offered including IVF, donor oocyte, gestational carrier, cryopreservation of oocytes and embryos, PGT and donor oocyte bank access.
Qualified candidates will possess board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility; current academic rank of either Professor or Associate Professor; excellent clinical, leadership, administrative, fiscal, interpersonal and mentoring skills; and a strong record of research productivity and leadership.
