A Barton Associates client in rural California is seeking a primary care physician who can provide locum tenens coverage for four months from November to March. The provider will be expected to do standard primary care, often as the sole provider for the area. Candidates should be comfortable working independently. On a typical day, the locum will see 20 to 25 patients of all ages per day. This is a full-time position requiring the provider to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Candidates should be licensed in California.
