Do you like doing most of your own cases? Would you like to get away from large hospital systems and the common bureaucracies that can come with that?

Practice Opportunity:
Team of 7 Anesthesiologists and 6 CRNAs for an independent hospital. We have very cordial working environment with excellent compensation and benefits package.

Physicians do about 70% of their own cases as well as non-medically direct CRNAs. We are an acute care facility serving Southern Oklahoma. We are a Level III trauma center. We are involved in wide variety of cases such as Cardiac, Thoracic, Major Vascular, OB/GYN, urology, orthopedics, ENT, EP lab.

Compensation:
Base comp low to mid 400's based on experience. In addition to that, All Membership fees, DEA, Licensing fees are paid by the hospital. Each physician gets $3,000 CME allowance; as well as $5,000 quarterly bonus ($20,000 per year of additional income).

Outdoor activities include 5 star google rated hiking destinations, biking and running trails, and home to 80 parks and three major lakes where boating, swimming, camping, and fishing are permitted. The local YMCA offers a wide variety of recreational programs to members, and the Country Club maintains an 18-hole, par 71 golf course. Recreation can also be found in many amateur leagues, including: adult softball, youth baseball, soccer, softball, and volleyball.
