Springfield Clinic, one of the largest multi-specialty physician owned medical practices in Illinois, seeks an exceptional Neurosurgeon to join this high volume practice. Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible.  The Springfield Clinic partnership opportunity provides a 2-year income guarantee while your practice builds. During this initial 2-year period, comprehensive benefits and malpractice coverage are provided.  Physicians work with the new associate during this 2-year period to ensure that the physician is positioned for success.  With more than 400 physicians and advanced practitioners, practicing in 80 medical specialties and sub-specialties, Springfield Clinic serves a population of nearly one million patients throughout the central Illinois region.


Partner Earning Potential  in a well-established practice is $900,000+.

 Compensation Highlights
  • 1st Year Compensation $850,000
  • $800,000 2-year income guarantee
  • $50,000 signing bonus
  •  Production bonus potential

Practice Information
  • Join 1 physician and 2 mid-level providers
  • Partner-owned ASC  
  • Call schedule:  1:2 call  
  • 1:4 Trauma call - coordinated with the in-house call system
  • Electronic Health Records (EHR)
  • Generous call pay
  • Balanced practice of inpatient and outpatient
  • Interest and experience in spine surgery a plus
  • Candidates in training will be considered
  • Collaborative and team oriented
  • Experienced candidates will have a proven track  record of success
  • H1 visa holders can be considered
