Springfield Clinic seeks an exceptional board-certified/board eligible (BC/BE) Orthopedic Surgeon with interest and experience in Total Joint Reconstruction to join their high volume practice. With more than 400 physicians and advanced practitioners, practicing in 80 medical specialties and sub-specialties, Springfield Clinic serves a population of nearly one million patients throughout the central Illinois region.  The physicians and surgeons of Springfield Clinic continue to lead the way in medical technology and innovation. 

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $750,000+ income potential with partnership
  • $50,000 Signing bonus
  • Generous call pay
  • Share revenue from partner-owned Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
  • 2-year income guarantee including comprehensive benefits, relocation and production incentive
  • Long-term partnership opportunity

  • 12 Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeons
  • 4 non-operative Sports Medicine providers
  • 3 podiatrists
  • 11 Advance Practice Providers
  • Same day (walk-in) Ortho Clinic
  • Partner- owned Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)  
  • Outpatient Total Joint Program
  • 2-Level I Trauma Centers
  • Blocked OR schedules - Hospital and ASC
