MICHIGAN MEDICINE, Department of Pathology, Faculty Recruitment in Cancer Epigenetics

The Department of Pathology at Michigan Medicine (the University of Michigan Health System - UMHS) in Ann Arbor, Michigan is seeking to recruit a tenure-track faculty in Cancer Epigenetics. The candidate should have a PhD or MD/PhD degree as well as a record of exceptionally productive, creative, and collaborative career. We are particularly interested in scientists working in the area of epigenomics and systems biology.

Candidates will have the opportunity to synergize with existing strengths at the University of Michigan to further develop basic and translational research programs that span across departments and the cancer center. The Department of Pathology currently ranks #6 in NIH funding and supports a robust and impactful research program that includes over 100 research faculties in basic, translational, and clinical sciences that utilize state-of-art multi-disciplinary approaches to investigate pathobiology of human disease. Successful candidates will be expected to establish and maintain a strong extramurally funded research program.
