A government facility in Arizona seeks a radiology physician to assist with locum tenens coverage. The covering physician must be comfortable with general radiology including, CT, mammography, MRI, and tomography cases. The assignment schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm with no call, and the facility handles 15,000 cases per year per physician. The facility uses EMR for charting. You must be board certified with BLS certification. The incoming physician must have an active license from any state. Indian Health Service and tribal healthcare facilities provide a comprehensive health service delivery system for approximately 2.1 million American Indians and Alaska Natives, most of whom live on or near reservations and in rural communities.
