Physician

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Physician to join our team in the Primary Care Geriatric department in the Nashua, Manchester, and Derry, New Hampshire areas. We ask that you be Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, with an active New Hampshire license. This position includes visiting multiple skilled nursing facilities, and working as part of a team in a collaborative care model with an association with a leading organization.
