Tufts University Family Medicine Residency Program at Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is expanding and is recruiting faculty members to join our program in Malden, a vibrant and diverse community just five miles north of downtown Boston. We are a premiere 8-8-8 residency program, known for excellent EBM teaching, innovative family medicine curriculum, including OB, group visits, chronic disease management programs, and integrative medicine. We are one of 14 demonstration sites for the national P4 initiative. Our faculty-resident practice has over 30,000 visits yearly in our new state-of-the-art facility with 32 exam rooms. Cambridge Health Alliance is an award-winning, academic public healthcare system that receives national recognition for innovation and community excellence. We are recognized leaders in Massachusetts in our on-going development of the patient-centered medical home. Ideal candidate will be FT, will consider PT, BC, and have a strong interest in inpatient medicine. Additionally, advanced training (fellowship) or equivalent experience in one or more of the following areas: research (practice based and/or community based participatory research), medical informatics, sports medicine, women's health, adolescent medicine, or faculty development/education is preferred. Our practice serves an ethnically and socio-economically diverse patient population. Our system has strong practice supports, including Epic EMR, patient registries, a robust community affairs department and an excellent call schedule.
