Merritt Hawkins' Department of Academics has partnered with the Department of Ophthalmology in association with the Department of Pediatrics for the recruitment of a Program Director and a clinical faculty member. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and already busy department, and actively participate in the medical education of residents and medical students.
IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR PROFESSORSHIP:
- Must be at least an Associate Professor and fellowship trained
- A visionary with passion to grow the program at Wake Forest - be a destination place that patients want to come for care
- Need to be able to do ROP screenings
- Bring PEDIG clinical trials back to Wake Forest Baptist Health Sciences
