-11 Physician Multi-specialty group
-Currently 3 Pediatricians with NP and PA
- Moving to Fully OP Peds
-20 Patients per day in clinic
-Children's Hospital locally
-Telenurse in place for after hours call
-4 OBs in the Community
-Hospital Numbers: 400 Annual Births, Level 2 Nursery, Small Peds Wing

-Base Salary with Proven income over 250K

-Salary Continuance Plane (bridge in between disability or Maternity)
-Retirement with 3% match
-Years of service match
-5 days CME Time (reimbursement already worked into RVUs)
