We are recruiting for a full-time, fellowship trained Director of Community Sports Medicine to join our core faculty. The Tufts University Family Medicine Residency program is a national leader in patient centered medical home transformation and innovation, with strong community engagement.

This core faculty position will be based at our residency practice in Malden. In addition to collaboration with our orthopedics department, the incoming physician will have the opportunity to work with our established Community Health Improvement department and our school based health centers in order to engage our communities in health and wellness promotion. The residency site provides in-house resources and support including clinicians from our orthopedics department, x-ray, and ultrasound imaging services.

CHA serves a culturally and socioeconomically diverse patient population and we offer our providers strong practice supports including chronic disease management programs, specialized onsite care and fully integrated EMR (Epic). Undergraduate teaching opportunities are available through our affiliations with Harvard Medical School and Tufts University. CHA offers a competitive, guaranteed base salary with opportunity for additional incentives, comprehensive and affordable health insurance, retirement account and malpractice insurance.
