TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Physician to join our Emergency Department team at Florida Hospital Winter Garden in Orlando, Florida. Our freestanding ED sees an annual patient volume of 24,000 and we have an Observation Unit that is staffed by OMS and dedicated nursing staff. We provide 25 hours of Physician coverage each day and Advanced Practice Clinician coverage varies between 10 to 16 hours each day, depending on volumes. Our admission rate is 10 percent full admittance and 8 percent OBS, with Peds between 15 to 20 percent. We are excited about a new 120-bed facility slated to open in 2020, and are proud to be located in one of the fastest growing areas surrounding Orlando with easy access to all interstates. Florida Hospital Winter Garden also has a heli pad and EMS base station.
