We are seeking Pulmonary Critical Care and Sleep Fellowship-Trained Physicians for the following locations:

• Modesto/Stockton: Five-physician practice has an approximate 60/40 outpatient and inpatient ratio. Two hospitals with 2:8 call. The Group shares the weekend call which is 1:8. An excellent hospitalist team provides primary coverage at nights. The drive between Stockton and Modesto is 30 minutes. EBUS service available.
• Fremont/San Leandro (Pulmonary/Critical Care and Sleep): Physicians share ICU call one week per four. Hospitalist and Intensivist coverage and admitting support for weekends/holidays/after-hours some days. Two ICUs with average census 11/6. Sleep lab/study interpretation 10%.
• South Sacramento: Need strong clinician with recent training or mid-career. Level 1 Trauma Center. Post-cardiac surgery experience a plus.
• Vacaville/Vallejo (Pulmonary/Critical Care): Eleven physicians with 8-10 ICU days, reasonable call and outpatient clinic. Live and work midway between San Francisco and Sacramento.
• Sacramento: Fellowship-trained Interventionalist to join 11 pulmonary/critical physicians and one Interventionalist covering Sacramento and Roseville. Dynamic group with growth.
