WA Radiology Position

Pacific Northwest Radiology$400,000/salary, plus… Join a premier physician-owned multispecialty group offering 2-year partnership track - receive ancillary contributions from imaging and other services. NO Call and NO Weekends! CONSIDER: 100 reads per day: MRI, CT, MAMMOGRAPHY, UST w/ the opportunity to do interventional procedures. Compensation Includes: annual salary, annual contribution to pension plan, 410(k), 8 weeks of PTO (after partnership), ancillary bonuses and malpractice coverage. This lovely city averages just over 300 days of sunshine annually, and boasts of incredible access to outdoor adventure, hiking, mountain biking, camping, hunting, fishing galore and Known as “Baby Napa” this area is home to 138 wineries, offering an eclectic layer of culture and affluency to an already unique community. Please Reference RAD 6594 Routine digital – 50-60 (including a few fluoro studies) US – 12-16 (including OB) Mammo – 15-20 CT – 4 MRI – 6-8 (Monday thru Thursday only) In the past, the Radiologist also read bone mineral density scans. 4 weeks of PTO - $500k 8 weeks of PTO - $462k 10 weeks of PTO - $442k 12 weeks of PTO – 420k Basically $10,500 less in income per additional week of PTO. Opportunities for increasing annual income are available in the following areas: 4 days of MRI in 2018 with only 3 days in 2017; no breast MRI performed in the past; additional Ortho provided added in Oct 2017; no interventional procedures performed in the past; investment in tomo and new CT expected over next 12 months. He can be as busy as he would like to be. If the volume seems too high for one Radiologist, we are more than willing to look at adding a part-time radiologist to assist. I have two providers that are willing to do so if we hire a full-time radiologist.
