TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Physician to join our Emergency Department team at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour, Indiana. We ask that you be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine. The Schneck Emergency Department cares for more than 33,000 patients each year, has a full range of medical services, highly skilled physicians and staff. Also, there is an exceptionally strong nursing leadership and facility medical director relationship, and advanced technology are at your fingertips. We are proud to have a door to doctor time of 10 minutes, length of stay to discharge less than 100 minutes, and left without seen under 1 percent. Schneck Medical Center is one of the most physician-friendly facilities in Indiana and has received the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award. It has strong family practice groups in the area, including an excellent five-person Hospitalist program which is in-house 16 hours per day, and which handle a large percentage of admissions from the Emergency Department.
