Trinity Health Of New England—the region's largest nonprofit health system—seeks a highly experienced, fellowship-trained physician to serve as Director of Orthopedic Trauma at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, Connecticut.

As Director of Orthopedic Trauma, you will oversee the highly visible Orthopedic Trauma Program. You will lead, inspire and build a team of fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons and specialists who share the same vision and values of patient care. As a key member of our orthopedic service-line leadership team, you will exemplify professionalism as you work closely with staff, administration and board members. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the services provided by physicians. You will also provide ongoing reviews of established policies and procedures, and you will be involved in quality-improvement initiatives with long-range planning.

This is also an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your clinical and academic expertise as you participate in trauma research and the education of residents and medical students.
