Mount Auburn Hospital, a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital serving the Cambridge, MA area is seeking an excellent clinical nephrologist with substantial experience as a leader and medical educator to join the Division of Nephrology as its new Division Chief.
The hospital has a full range of inpatient, outpatient, and emergency nephrology services. Responsibilities include outpatient practice, inpatient consultations, and critical care consultations including CCRT, as well as care of patients at several dialysis centers in the area. An additional leadership role at one of the dialysis centers may be available for a candidate with appropriate experience. Nephrology Division faculty members also have medical student and resident teaching responsibilities. The Division Chief will oversee all aspects of the clinical and teaching responsibilities of the Division. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of post-fellowship clinical experience.
The selected nephrologist would receive a faculty appointment as an Instructor or Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School commensurate with experience and qualifications.
