MIT Medical is seeking a collaborative, skilled, and innovative full-time primary care physician to join our multidisciplinary group medical practice. With locations on the culturally diverse MIT campus and on the campus of MIT-affiliated Lincoln Laboratory, we provide care to the 24,000+ members of the MIT community including students, faculty, staff, retirees, and their dependents.

Primary care physicians focus exclusively on ambulatory primary care for an established patient panel, provide some urgent care coverage, and participate in a call rotation with nine additional primary care physicians for after-hours telephone call coverage. Our physicians also have opportunities to participate in education, research, and community outreach programs if desired.

  Requirements:

• Current MD License to practice without restriction.
• Excellent clinical skills and experience in adult primary care or family practice.
• Proven ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• The ability to work with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
