Heart Failure and Cardiac Imaging at the University of Florida
The University of Florida Division of Cardiovascular Medicine is seeking an tenure/non-tenure, Assistant/Associate/Full Professor with innovative leadership skills and good interpersonal skills to become an active and integral member of the Division of Cardiology. Rank and Tenure status will be commensurate with qualifications.
Applicants should have a record of distinguished accomplishments and proficiency in clinical duties, administration, and clinical investigation to include mentoring new physicians, fostering a progressive and dynamic work environment, and promoting teaching and research. Responsibilities will include heart failure and cardiac imaging services at Shands Hospital at the University of Florida. Clinical duties will include performance and teaching in heart failure services and cardiac imaging. Coverage of inpatient heart failure services and general cardiology services as well as outpatient clinical duties and other duties as assigned.
Applicants must have a medical degree and Florida Medical License.
Applicants must have an MD degree. Will consider candidates with a variety of experience levels and who have an interest in basic or clinical research. Candidates must be U.S. or naturalized citizens and be proficient in spoken and written English.
