WellSpan Philhaven's extensive expertise is applied to the challenge of ensuring high quality and cost effective services. WellSpan Philhaven is seeking two full-time, inpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists for our established 34-bed unit in Mt. Gretna, PA. About the Practice

  • Join one fellowship-trained child and adolescent psychiatrist
  • Shared weeknight call 1:10 by phone
  • Shared weekend call with additional pay
  • Spend five hours a day on inpatient duties
  • Typically manage 12-14 patients per day (35 patient hours/week is full-time)
  • Manage admissions, discharges, medication management, team meetings, treatment planning
  • Spend three hours in an outpatient setting
  • Ability to add hours to increase base pay
