We have 27 mental health offices throughout Lancaster, Lebanon, Dauphin, and York counties. WellSpan Philhaven's extensive expertise is applied to the challenge of ensuring high quality and cost effective services. WellSpan Philhaven is seeking two full-time, inpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists for our established 34-bed unit in Mt. Gretna, PA. This is an opportunity to join the country's largest non-profit behavioral health care organization with strong support from leadership. About the Practice
- Join one fellowship-trained child and adolescent psychiatrist
- Shared weeknight call 1:10 by phone
- Shared weekend call with additional pay
- Spend five hours a day on inpatient duties
- Typically manage 12-14 patients per day (35 patient hours/week is full-time)
- Manage admissions, discharges, medication management, team meetings, treatment planning
- Spend three hours in an outpatient setting
- Ability to add hours to increase base pay
