A hospital in West Virginia needs an urgent care physician who can provide locum tenens coverage for two months from the beginning of January to the beginning of March. On the job, the locum will be required to perform splinting, suturing, joint aspiration, and fluorescein eye exams. The provider can expect to see up to 45 patients per day. The locum will be working 12-hour shifts Monday through Saturday and 8-hour shifts on Sunday. This facility uses the Epic EMR platform. Only candidates who are boarded in family practice, emergency medicine, or internal medicine and pediatrics will be considered. The facility also requires candidates to be BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
