A clinic in Iowa needs a family medicine physician who is able to work a six-month locum tenens assignment. This position will task the locum with acting as the medical director overseeing multiple clinics and meeting with PAs who work at said clinics. In addition, the locum will also be tasked with seeing 20 25 patients per day for lacerations, immunizations, ADHD, hypertension, colds, flus, and other common primary care needs. This position carries a full-time commitment where the locum can expect to work 8am 5pm, Monday through Friday with a 1 : 6 schedule for phone-based call coverage.
