The Section of Internal Medicine at Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center is actively recruiting a staff Internal Medicine physician to join our growing team at our Banner Gateway Medical Center campus in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Banner MD Anderson seeks an exceptional clinician with proven skills and values to be part of a highly successful clinical enterprise. Candidates should have excellent clinical training and/or experience, in addition to a strong interest in cancer. Qualified candidates are required to be board certified or board eligible, with the desire to work in an outpatient clinical model supporting oncology patients.

The Section of Internal Medicine includes clinicians from all of the non-oncologic internal medicine disciplines. In addition to general medicine responsibilities, our Internists will be responsible for the management of medical issues of patients in our busy IMPAC Clinic, assessing and treating patients both in the perioperative and postoperative phase, as well as managing Benign Hematology patients. The section of Internal Medicine works collaboratively as a team to optimize clinical outcomes, including long term outcomes. This opportunity is outpatient only, Monday through Friday with no call at this time.
