Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Division of Pediatric Surgery, is seeking an additional BE/BC Pediatric Surgeon. This individual would be joining three other surgeons in a busy academic practice at Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital, a 242-bed children’s hospital that supports an ACGME approved pediatric surgery fellowship program.

Responsibilities would include teaching the fellow, general surgery residents, and medical students, in addition to clinical duties. Opportunities for clinical and basic science research are available.

LLUCH is a Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center with a 17-bed emergency room and complete pediatric sub-specialty support. The hospital also has an 84-bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a 25-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, a large volume of oncology patients, and a substantial number of index cases. There are approximately 1.2 million children in our referral base, which covers one fourth of the state of California, and is currently one of the fastest growing population centers in the country.

Loma Linda University is located between Los Angeles and Palm Springs in an area known as the Inland Empire.
