Job Details
• Full time employed outpatient opportunity with no call requirement. Clinic hours are from 7AM-8PM. Physicians work "4" 10 hour shifts each week.
• Team-based model of care where the physician along with a PharmD, RN, MA, NP, and Social worker will manage a panel of patients collaboratively.
• Compensation is a combined base salary, wRVU production bonus, quality bonus and patient satisfaction bonus. Physicians will earn at the 75th percentile of MGMA. Top producers in this group are averaging 3 patients per hour are earning 330K-350K
• Fully paid benefits, including sign on bonus, relocation, and student loan repayment program
