Our Medical Director for the NewBridge on the Charles Health Care Center will oversee the care provided on our 48-bed Rehabilitative Services Unit and 220-bed Long Terms Chronic Care Units. Your team is comprised of passionate, skilled MDs and NPs with organizational longevity; commitment to their patients, wonderful work ethics and well established interdisciplinary team success. You will partner with our incredible CMO, Dr. Helen Chen, and work as an integral member of the Hebrew SeniorLife Medical Leadership team. 

Specific responsibilities will include oversight of clinical care, program development, staff recruitment and selection; employee engagement activities; quality assurance; a wide range of committee participation; and involvement in teaching activities for the HMS Geriatric Fellowship program.
