A hospital in Virginia needs a pulmonologist who is able to provide coverage on a three-month locum tenens assignment. This is an adult inpatient ICU position where the locum can expect to see 16 18 patients in the ICU with approximately 2 admissions per shift. This is a full-time opening where the locum will work 8am 5pm with 24-hour call coverage on Saturdays and Sunday. While on call the locum can expect an average of 3 call backs. Candidates for this position must be licensed by the state of Virginia and board certified in both pulmonology and critical care. Epic is the EMR platform used at this facility.
