We are assisting a health center in Salinas with the recruitment of additional Family Physicians.

We are assisting a health center in Salinas with the recruitment of additional Family Physicians.
- New providers will join Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrician, and Advanced Practice providers.
- Positions can be outpatient only or, traditional practice with OB.
- Call for the traditional practice is 13 Saturdays per year and 13 weekdays per year.
- Additional call is available with an income reflective of that schedule.
- A base salary, incentive plan, and robust benefits are offered including retirement and state student loan repayment potential.
- Compensation in the $200K to $260K range depending upon level of experience and breadth of services provided.
