Special Operations Physician

TeamHealth has excellent opportunities for Physicians to join our Special Operations Emergency Medicine team at multiple locations in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Ohio, and Michigan. Our Special Operations team works at selected Emergency Departments, and Physicians are guaranteed 120 hours per month. We ask that you be ABEM or AOBEM certified or trained, and with Emergency Medicine residency experience. TeamHealth will obtain additional licenses and DEAs for the designated states, if needed. The ideal candidates for this team must be adaptive and possess excellent communication skills, have a team-player attitude, as well as the flexibility and the ability to travel.

TeamHealth Emergency Medicine East Region encompasses the states of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, and parts of Missouri. To ensure we provide high-quality services to our clients in these states, we hire providers who may travel among any combination of one or more of these states to provide short- or long-term clinical or management services to our clients on an as-needed basis.
