Special Operations Physician

We have opportunities for physicians to join our Special Operations Emergency Medicine team at multiple locations in Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Ohio, and Michigan. Our Special Operations team works at selected Emergency Departments, and physicians are guaranteed 120 hours per month. This is an independent contractor position. You must be ABEM/AOBEM certified or prepared and Emergency Medicine residency trained. TeamHealth will obtain additional license and DEAs for the designated states, if needed. Candidates for this elite team must be adaptive and possess excellent communication skills as well as a team-player attitude. Flexibility and the ability to travel are required.

Special Ops team members are credentialed at multiple Emergency Medicine client sites within a specified region and serve as clinical "top guns" for our clients.
