Opportunity for a Physician to join our Emergency Medicine Special Ops team full-time at multiple locations in California, Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and Oregon. Our Special Operations team works at selected emergency departments, and physicians are guaranteed 120 hours per month. We provide an elite, guaranteed hourly compensation, paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage and paid travel and accommodations. This is an independent contractor position. The right candidate will be ABEM/AOBEM certified or prepared and EM residency trained. TeamHealth will obtain additional licenses and DEAs for the designated states, if needed. Candidates for these positions must be adaptive and possess excellent communication skills as well as a team-player attitude. Flexibility and the ability to travel is a must.
